These vanilla beans were fantastic! I used them to make homemade vanilla and was able to fill 8 glass jars. Great taste, made really good vanilla paste when ground in a bullet blender with bourbon. Beans were soft and fragrant. Very fresh.

Most beans were plump. Only a few were skinny. They were about 5 inches in length with a few longer. The aroma was really nice and strong vanilla. I was excited when I opened the package because the aroma hit me instantly. I bought these for a batch of extract. There were a few more than 75 in my package, so I had enough to make vanilla sugar too!

Making my own vanilla extract with these. Very happy so far. The aroma is delicious! They make for a very esthetic display while the steep.
