Hello there, nice to meet you! ;o)(Gotta say, this is the shortest review EVER.)Talk about healthy self therapy!A (cute) inflatable dummy, what more can a stressed-out person ask for? I started laughing when this dummy appeared in my Amazon feed, and ordered it on the spot. I simply HAD to!This inflatable target arrived the next day, and we promptly filled it up using an air pump, then filled the bottom compartment with water (more on that in a moment). Annnnnnd, I started punching to my heart's content! Now I'm a HAPPY camper and then some! ;o)This 'li'l guy' we named 'Blue Bart,' kept bouncing/rocking back for more! In fact, my hubby is having fun with this inflatable mannequin as much as me, or more so. Talk about cheap therapy for busy people-- we both felt SO much better after expending that pent up energy.Back to Basics:The mannequin is made of very durable vinyl, and the filled water section at the bottom didn't leak. The water acted as a wonderful ballast to keep the dummy upright, and helped it rock back and forth after punches and kicks.A word of advice though: FILL the bottom portion with water (or sand) FIRST, then INFLATE the body SECOND. We found this out the hard way, and had to start over. The instructions seemed to imply inflate first, then fill the bottom valve with water, when the opposite is more effective.Remember, have FUN while you get stuff out of your system! My boys love to roughhouse and wrestle and this inflatable lifesize dummy is perfect for them to punch, kick, use for sports, etc. It takes a few seconds for it to return to standing position. Fun and great for kids to keep them entertained.

My son loves soccer and would make his bother or sister stand as a goalie to help him. Now he has a new friend who will not yell back . It’s sturdy and does it’s job. He loves it as it wobbles side to side after kicking the ball and it looks like the dummy is moving. Please be aware if you have windows it will scare the s*** out of you when you look out. There have been times when we are outside and forget it’s there and all of a sudden you hear someone scream(lol).

My kids use this in the garage with their soccer setup. They have him setup in the goal to practice their shots. He was very easy to blow up and use. There are so many uses for this other than just soccer.It is made of very sturdy vinyl and can be used indoor or outdoors. I would highly recommend!
