I have a poor memory so I like to label the contents of my plastic bins, but it's annoying to replace labels when the contents change. However, now that I have these pockets, I can just slide out the index card and add items to the card, or replace the card altogether without having to remove the sleeve.A word of caution, make sure that the surface is room temperature and clean before applying the sleeve. Otherwise the corners tend not to stick properly. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the quality and cost of this product.

Using these on $3 15qt plastic bins from Walmart to create a filing system for my garage tinkering tools and related stuff.I print the contents of each box onto 3x5 notepaper, and slip the index into one of these sleeves that I have installed vertically on the storage box. The source for the contents index is kept in Notes on my iPhone which syncs it across to everywhere I want it to be. So if I want to find something, I can just start typing in Notes' search and it pops up the label for that bin-box.Between Notes and iCloud and these envelopes and the notepaper, I have distributed inventory management system -- at least enough of one for my purposes.

I was a professional organizer for nine years, so I love this kind of stuff. I use these to label boxes of things I keep in the attic. Also, I store my off-season clothes in large sterilite containers, and because the tops of the label holders are open, I can quickly swap out the index cards from Summer to Winter and vice versa. It will probably take me the rest of my life time to use all of these, but I wouldn't want to be without them.

I use these for labeling boxes in the garage. I use labels from my Brother P-Touch that I put on Index cards. I have several in the garage that have been there for a few years and the bins have been handled multiple times and they do not appear worn, I though I would need to replace them regularly but they are holding up well. I make themed labels for Halloween, Christmas, Paint etc and they are super easy to read with this large size. I have gone and purchased other sizes of these to use on smaller containers in the house - great product line.
