Is this getting a 240v uk release? all i can find is 110v usa models

I bought this together with a 2000w converter. It is quite thin and sits behind the coffee maker. It has to be this strength to deal with the wattage that the maker requires. Excellent machine and lovely coffee. Hot water dispenser for boiling water, great for making tea. The cost of the converter does make it somewhat expensive but I find it great and well worth the money.

This isn’t uk compatible

When we received this product we didn’t realise it was a USA plug but the seller vertex went beyond and above to help us find a converter - unfortunately after an amazing start the machine blew a fuse so we begrudgingly returned it - Canay @ Vertex was amazing and made every transaction so easy and hassle free Canay deserves 100+ for all the help we received a big massive thank you and I’m praying for the day this amazing product becomes totally UK friendly and once again a big shout out for Vertex and especially Canay 😍

Not fit for purpose in UK

My wife ordered this Ninja on Amazon UK and when delivered we found that it was for use in the USA , with a US plug attached this machine was dispatched to us from Europe, when a electrical coffee maker comes with a US Plug with 120 voltage and UK on 230 V it’s definitely not fit for purpose in the UK
