I didn't realize this was more of a game than a calculator, but we like it. Wish it had an option for regular calculator functionality

I used a Texas Instrument similar gadget about 35 years ago with my sons, so I was trying to find something similar for my dinosaur loving grandson. I'm told he's using it which is a good sign.

In addition to teaching addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication, it has puzzles, music, and makes learning math fun. I've always loved math but remember nothing from my college calculus classes, so I'm enjoying watching the kids learn the basics in a fun way.There are three games in this dinosaur toy, all based on mathematics, and each game has five levels. My kids have taken this as a personal challenge and love to play with this while they learn. It's also excellent for travel or running errands, as it gives your kids something to do.The concepts this dinosaur game includes are memory training, contrast numbers, and observing a pattern of numbers and then finding the next one. There are also the basic 4 ideas of math, going all the way up to two-digit addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. The best part of this dinosaur math toy is, of course, it makes learning math fun.My only problem with this math dinosaur is all on me: It's 6 x 5 x 1 inches, and I wish it was an inch longer in every direction. My children can see everything just fine, but on the rare occasions when they ask me for help, I am reminded that I haven't adjusted to my new bifocals yet because the numbers are hard for me to see, but that problem will improve.This would be an excellent stocking stuffer or an extra gift in a child's Easter basket. They enjoy learning math this way because they get interested in it as a game and then they don't want to stop. I love mathematics, always have, and I love to see children learning to use math and have fun with it.Excellent product, a dinosaur-shaped mathematical learning toy that teaches addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, all the way up to two-digit problems in all four areas. This toy makes learning math fun; the kids see it as a game and as a personal challenge. It comes with its own charging cord but no charger, but that's usually not a problem these days. This is an excellent, challenging, and fun learning toy for kids that I highly recommend.

It's not an actual calculator, just a thingy that plays math games. I can't figure out how to work it but my kid who I bought it for likes it.

This toy is so educational my daughter uses it all the time to practice her math problems and she’s in kindergarten. It has helped her very well. And I see a lot of improvement on her testing. It is so easy to use.

I’ve had no direct contact with Amazon Vine or the manufacturer and these opinions are my own.Our son is only 4, and he loves playing with this even though most of the games are too advanced (We got it for his cousin, and then he found it first). The little songs annoy mom a little, but kiddo loves it.
