Always spray on the cloth then wipe your screen. 1-2 sprays should do, depends how dirty is your screen. If it's really dirty, use 3-4 sprays.

Just one important thing with microfibre cloths, do not use fabric softener, it ruins them

Can this product safely clean dvds & bluray disks ?

As previous answer this is a screen cleaner and is not advertised to be used for discs. The packaging shows a tablet, a TV / monitor, a game console and a mobile phone. No sign of discs in the usage instructions either. A very good screen cleaner though!!
