Code not working can't open

Bought three of these. Two were fine one doesn’t open

Great little kidding spot

This arrived yesterday and we spent all last night trying to set a new number but the object seems to be faulty. We followed all the instructions but the only numbers it would allow is 000 which it came with. When we tried to put in a new number it wouldn't let us put the pointer to B. The book safe looks good on the outside but whats the point in having it if you can't put your own number in. When I tried to look up how to get hold of the people we bought it from there doesn't seem to be anywhere to get in touch with them. A very disgruntled customer.

The box itself isn’t going to keep the most determined out but if you place it on a shelf with other books it blends in well enough not to stand out
