What are the dimentions of this track?

The rail is 5" wide. The slots are 1" apart. They are 1" wide, but curve inward, giving a clearance of 1/2". The slots are 2.5" long. The holes on the sides are about 1 3/4" apart - 2" from middle to middle.

Does the bag of tie downs in the photos come with the track. ?

No it does not include the bag. It can be purchased separately.

What is the safe Working Load Limit at each fitting attach point for these?

Excellent quality

These arrived packaged very well to avoid damage. The black coating is rugged and perfect to reduce corrosion. There are plenty of mounting holes along the rails allowing you the flexibility to secure it to meet your need! Once mounted, I found it easy to attach locking straps and tie down rings. For the price, you can’t go wrong with these rails!
