Does it have a timer setting?

Nope. Settings are very basic I'm afraid but it is excellent. I love the built-in battery that can be charged while plugged in. Much better than removable batteries.

How long does the rohm take to charge up? it has been charging for 29 hours and the light is still blinking (steadily)! no response from marpac!

Definitely not that long. I’m not sure exactly but no more than a 2-3 hours.
