I just purchased over 100 of these teddies!! I am making custom T shirts for an event. Yes, they come completely flat, in a vacuum sealed baggie. Once you open them up you HAVE to massage them, roll the stuffing around inside, etc., help the feet get puffy. You cannot expect them to bounce out of that bag and be perfect. You can see my pics, once I spend a minute or so on each one, they are amazing. Extremely soft to the touch, not a cheap fabric at all. In 100 bears, I had ONE small hold on a seam that I stitched up. Other than that, PERFECT. That's great craftmanship. I HIGHLY recommend.

I was expecting to return these because I read reviews after I ordered. These are so cute and if you let them sit out they fluff right up. They are the perfect size too!
