Inner Dimensions of Islamic Worship

A very good read to have a deeper understanding of our our daily worship.

We Pray 5 times a day.Pay Zakat.. Fast during Ramadan, and go to Hajj once in a lifetime. This book has been compiled for the reader to understand, the individual aspects that one should be thinking about or is aware about for example i.e. When standing upright in prayer, facing the qibla... which all contribute to inner serenity. A BONUS... this book parts in relation to Qiyam ul layl, Salawat/Durood Shareef and the merit of seeking forgiveness.

This is a very good book and a short summary of the Ihya Uloom ad-Deen of Imam al-Ghazali Rahimuhullah, covering 5 pillars of the religion and a few extra chapters. However, the image associated with this book upon purchase is not the same as the book you will receive. I think the above image is the old design for the book where as the one I got is blue and has a different design.

Imam Al-Ghazali is a very important scholar of Islam, arguably the most important. The only issue with this text that I have is that it is the product of selecting parts of Al-Ghazali's original work from the Ihya. I would prefer to read the original continuously.

This is such a great little book with deep insights on the spiritual aspects of Islam. The writing is beautiful and easy to follow. I will probably read this many more times, as it's really compelling and the perfect read for Ramadan.

Uplifting and a great read for all Muslims. Whether you are new to Islam or very knowledgeable this books helps you to reflect and focus on the core principles in the context of worship through the 5 pillars.

A great book to learn things that we think are clear but being in reality still sth to work on. It does explain for example how one can improve his prayer.

A nice book to have for a Ghazali library.

Great book with a dive into the essence of Islamic worship. It guides you to spiritual enlightenment through worship of one true God. Islamic worships are more than rituals there is a deeper meaning in them . Imam Ghazali may Allah give him high rank in heaven explains them well .
