What I really liked about this purchase is that it came all assembled. But now since having it I am really enjoying it. It is saving me money by not having to drive my car everywhere. It has a couple of compartments to carry stuff in. It only goes 15 miles per hour so not "road worthy", but the visibility of the scooter is very good with a nice lighting system - albeit I wished the head light were just a little bit brighter. It also has an anti-theft security system. So if you live in a community that has things close - shopping, etc. this would be a good investment.

This scooter handles rough roads quite well, I’m over 400lbs, it’s hard to find mobility scooters that can handle my weight and drive rough terrain. I’ve taken this scooter on hiking trails, to the beach and grocery shopping. It performed great on all the different terrains, through sand, over rocks and roots, low ones but it still goes over them, doesn’t bounce you around much plus it looks sporty people compliment me on this scooter all the time. It has issues keeping a steady max speed of 15mph with my weight but my son has taken it for a joy ride and it gets 15 mph no problem. I love this scooter, I’ve had it for a year now and have had it in many different terrains with no issues.My only negative, the decorations like the front emblem fell off easy, got lost and the mat kept falling off, I was going to glue it down but lost it before I could. But that’s the only negative I have

Packed so well it was a bit tough to get it out! Easily set up and all parts there, User Manual is basic but it works. BUT - it took an answer to my question posted for other buyers to figure out how to get to the Breaker Switch! Had called Customer Service but no answer. Reached another shop of the manufacturer but they wouldn't discuss it since it didn't come from that store. Took 1 star away for the Manual but my fellow Amazon customer came through! Thanks so much!

This scooter met all promises and more!In addition to what was written,, there were many extras seat belts, better back rest, better trunk, able to ride with another person {tight}, and more!Have had it for 3 weeks and we love it. good on grass too.Haven't yet charged it, amazing.Came well packed ready to use.The instruction booklet is of no use, pigeon englishOdometer is not easy to understandNot easy to find a nunber to call for questions, like should it be keep plugged in when not is useWould highly recommendWas worried about tipping over in a 3 wheeler, not noticed

This scooter was a life savor. I was homebound for over 8 years. Sadly when my mother-in-law passed away last year and we got money from her estate, we were able to get this scooter for me. I get a lot of compliments on how fancy it is. And for the first time in over 8 years I finely had my freedom. And it is awesome for me. Thank you.

The best scooter ever!! Came fully assembled Packed professionally ready to ride, I have had so much fun with this scooter. Best value for the money. This is my 3rd scooter, I'm 84 yrs.old and would recommend this scooter for anyone looking. The only thing my son had to do was unpack the scooter.

Scooter is great, instruction manual is worthless. Could not figure out how to access the breaker switch. I emailed Amazon and within 2 hours someone called me with correct instructions. The breaker switch is under the seat. I deducted one star because of the instruction manual.
