Very good high quality phone . Battery is almost 96% No scratch no dent almost look like mint condition phone

This phone came looking like new. Everything worked as expected and the battery capacity was 86%, much better than many of the reviews I read. I am very happy with this phone.

First time we’ve attempted to purchase a phone from Amazon, and we’ve actually had a great experience. My husband’s phone stopped charging and I needed to get a quick replacement for him without having to spend a ton of money at the phone store on an upgrade. We looked around and found this one at a reasonable price. It arrived quickly, was very easy to set up, and we’ve had zero problems. Ordered in October and it’s January and so far no problems. Looks just like the pic.

No no no! DO NOT TRUST AND BUY! Not even 24 hours and this phone is about to crash out. I ordered EXCELLENT CONDITION and got BELOW FAIR. Not only is there cosmetic damage (which I could see past), but there is visible damage underneath the screen (a ring) and the phone is consistently pausing. Sometimes it takes almost a full minute just to unlock the phone. Additionally, the battery health is BELOW the guaranteed 80% and the phone says that “the battery’s health is significantly degraded” and should be replaced. I am scared this phone is about to go black. I paid to transfer my phone number already. I contacted Amazon who told me I’d have to send the product back, wait for a refund, then reorder. I don’t even have the funds to transfer my number back to my old phone at this moment. It took me a while just to save to get myself a new phone. I messaged the seller and tried to call. They say I have to wait 48 (business) hours for a response. I don’t even think this phone has that. So basically, even though I bought this phone from AMAZON and I’m a loyal prime member, there isn’t anything they can do because it’s from a third party seller. I have small children and I am so worried that I’m going to be without a phone and unreachable. This is AWFUL! I paid $300 plus tax to go from an iPhone 13 to a 14 just to have a worse phone. I will be canceling my prime membership and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this seller at all! This wasn’t a mistake. The phone isn’t even close to the guaranteed excellent condition and they can not be trusted.

So far so good. It came a few days late but the phone itself was intact. No scratches, no marks, or damage. It had a 89% battery health which isn’t ideal but also not the worst thing. The sounds good, touch screen is smooth, and the colors are vibrant. Decently priced and functional. The set up was fairly easy and took maybe an hour or two between transferring everything and connecting the phone service myself. A new phone at the store was $800 plus $25 to connect it with help. That wasn’t happening so I took a chance on this alternative. Definitely saved me hundreds and I understand you get what you pay for so I won’t complain too much. I’ll return in a week and again in a month to show how it’s held up. One Week Update: it’s still working fine. Haven’t had any issues. It did get a bit hot while I was using it but I feel like that’s an issue with iPhones in general. Battery life went down to 88%. No major problems.

Item is in excellent condition as advertised. There are no identifiable scratches nor marks. Battery power is as new. Great value for money. Love the color

Best gift to my self! After owning this iphone 14 for 2 weeks i decided to make a review. I upgraded from an iphone 12 and this new used iPhone 14 is great it’s practically brand new i see no scratches anywhere. It was easy to set up my esim. Im very happy with my purchase i’d definitely buy from this seller again if i decide to buy a newer used phone

Renewed iPhone 14 listed as “excellent condition” and arrived damaged on top right corner, which honestly I wouldn’t have complained about as it can’t be seen in a case. When powering up the phone to connect to cellular network the eSIM QR code couldn’t be scanned because the back camera does not work at all. The front facing selfie camera does but not the rear camera. It also does not work in apps like messenger or Snapchat meaning it’s a hardware issue. The company did allow me to return the phone and issued a full refund.

The only way I knew this was not brand new was that it did not come in an Apple box! It was in mint condition, the battery capacity was 100%, the charger cord was brand new and it works great. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Phone came in great condition and worked as it should. Only issue is that it lags when using apps for games. Not a huge deal for a refurbished phone though. Worth the money I paid
