I have been a PRIME member over 15 years and purchased thousands of items; I can honestly say this is the worst product I have every purchased. Upon pulling out of the the bag, the rollers had some kind of black oil or wheel grease which is weird because the device would not require lubricant in any way. There are three rubber rollers on each side for a total of six rollers. They all move independently slipping and sliding on the rod any which way with no coordinated massaging effort whatsoever.The stretcher that comes with the massager is laughable. It feels like a toy that you would buy from a quarter machine. Please do not let your children play with this as it will easily snap the first time they use it.How does this have even one positive review?

I really like the concept of t his product and the way it rolls up and down my neck to relieve tension. However, I'm giving it a 4 because my hair gets stuck in the rollers.

Love the massager. It arrived fast and helped with my neck and shoulder tightness. Love that the rollers can be moved in different directions to cover several pressure points. Also, can open it wider to reach my back shoulders. Satisfied with this massager.

Saw this product reviewed on social media and thought I'd give it a try for my neck pain. It is not easy to use at all. It provides no pain relief. Would not recommend at all.
