Schleichbayala Unicorn Toys for Girls and Boys Rainbow Unicorn Stallion, Ages 5+

Got this and put it up for Christmas! My horse/unicorn loving girl is going to love it. I was pleased with the quality and size, seems like it will be durable. Can’t wait to gift it!

When my daughter's prized unicorns were stolen at the beach she was inconsolable. She loved all her Schleich unicorns and had been playing with them since she was a todler. Since her favorite color at the moment is purple this deep purple unicorn hit the spot. She loves it and has been playing with it non stop.

For what it is - it is a nice looking solid "toy."

I would be lying if I said I didn't like the design of this unicorn. It has to be my favorite from Schleich's Bayala line. However, I've definitely learned to not skimp on price and just buy from the higher quality listings. This is a backmarket, likely a reject from production. I am not the first person to write a review like this. I'm just a bit dissapointed in the paint, especially around the "cutie mark". (Which, by the way, is really shoddily sculpted. I can't even tell what it's supposed to be??)The horn was bendy and lies disproportionately on his head because of how long it is. He looks... dumb, lol.Idk, not what I was expecting. I love Schleich, so I hold their toy line to a really high standard (especially given the hefty price tag on some of them.)

From the pictures I was expecting it to be a black/drake brown color. But upon receiving it i realized it is a dark pretty purple. I'm fine with that as it is beautiful and my daughter loves purple. But I wanted to let others who may have had the same impression know that this horse is NOT Black and is in fact dark purple.But it's absolutely beautiful and my daughter will love it! I want one now 😅

I love this unicorn!! I love the the colors and the jewels in his flanks!! So gorgeous!! I highly recommend!! Makes a great gift for yourself or a friend!! 😁👍

My grand daughter absolutely LOVES this unicorn.! Different from the usual white with rainbow mane. While I find these a little pricey they are sturdy and likely to get passed down,

Schleich are a little expensive (when you collect as many as my kids do) but also adorable toys/collectibles. My oldest loves that they are all hand painted so no two are ever exactly the same.

I'm not sure what's going on with Schleich's releases this year but having been looking forward to this unicorn since it was announced, and getting it for my birthday, I'm very disappointed. Bayala figures of late tend towards the light and pastel, as opposed to the darker and more varied ones of the past, so I was pleased to see a dark purple coat on here and a seemingly good sculpt. Well, its a purple unicorn but the moon and details aren't nearly as well done as I'd expect, the coat looks very unconvincing and overall it just didn't match the likes of the their pink unicorn (Schleich 70573), or the various unicorns being ridden by fairies such as Schleich 70569, both of which I adore. Now I'm an adult collector so this might still appeal to the younger crowd, but its over-priced and really can't compete with what Schleich have done so much better previously.

I am an adult collector of the Schleich horse's and some of the unicorns. I thought this looked particularly stricking and purchased it, although indeed it is very beautiful, I am rather disappointed as it feels very light and hollow and it falls down easily. For a Schleich model I think it's rather inferior to their usual superior quality on the model horse market

I thought my daughter might be growing out of her Schleich figures but as soon as she saw these she was desperate to have them so Santa obliged. Bought this along with the foal and mare. They are stunning. My only gripe is that this stallion is slightly smaller than the mare.

Not my favourite from the range but it's nice to have a different type of unicorn that isn't pastel or rainbow. The gems at the back lack a bit of sparkle. The horn is soft and misshapen. It hasn't broken yet but give it time with my 3 year old neice and I could see it being snapped off.

Schleich are such a good quality toy maker, great detail, sturdy enough to withstand years of play, flexible enough to be handled without snapping. Actually resemble the breeds they're meant to be. Keep up the good work schleich.
