These contain the three elements that deficits are the most likely causes of muscle cramps. Its the same elements you get of you eat bananas, but there don't go bad like bananas. I haven't had a muscle cramp since I've started taking these.

I like that the supplements are made in the USA. I just wish they would offer an option with 100% of the recommended daily Calcium, rather than only 38%. The Calcium/Magnesium/Potassium combo isn't offered by many companies, yet this is an important combination for heart health.
