I ordered this last minute, due to a recent neck injury. I already had a big huge bulky massager that gets plugged in, but it's annoying how big it is. Plus, it's not portable. This one is a great size to take on the go, which I did this weekend to an art class. It's small enough to stick in the side pocket of my lunch bag. It's the only way I got through that art class, by taking it out and gently massaging and rubbing my neck. It was a great purchase! You'll see my photo comparing it to my arm. I honestly thought it would be much larger. It's flexible and you can work it different ways with the rolling part. I have no complaints.

If you have long hair, even pulling it up will not stop it from getting painfully caught in the rollers. Works ok but didn't give me the relief I thought it would. I wouldn't buy again.

I ended up using this gift more than the person I bought it for, it helps with day-to-day stress in the neck. It rreally helps on a ultra stiff neck and can get deep knots! For the price, this is wonderful gadget

I had trouble using it. Great in theory but if you have any hair it will pull & get stuck around your hair. It just seemed to squeeze the neck very hard & wasn’t easy or comfortable to use. Let alone relaxing. Forgot to return in time so keeping it but never use

This product is great for people who suffer with muscle spasms of the neck. It’s lightweight and portable to take to work & home. It’s not too aggressive. This fell apart within a couple weeks. The other version that has a rubber ball on the massage points works better and is more durable.
