Nigella 2.0 oz - Zamouri Spices

Since I don't cook naan bread, I have used this on my morning oatmeal and any food I wanted a sharp flavor added to it. It is in my subscription orders. Remember to think outside of the box to truly enjoy the range of flavor differences this item adds.

I have used this for making my naan bread. It gives more flavor to otherwise a plain naan. But, I find this too expensive for the amount of just 2 ozs. Besides, is not organic or non GMO.

A pungent type of taste unlike other spices, but maybe that's what it's supposed to taste like. Bought it for its purported health benefits which I'll test in a couple of months. I use it in my pepper grinder, so a tiny quantity of it in my dinner goes unnoticed. This is the only brand I could find that I could buy in a small qty (only 2oz), other brands were too large in qty to try out. Wish this were organic.

Essential for Indian beet dish. Fresh, good quality, got the job done. Will buy again

First purchase of this type of seed so no comparisons - but they did the job I needed. Small volume for price.

I have never tried this before. New flavor to my palate. Tasty & different. I am not an expert; I was just trying it in my exploration of cuisine from around the world.
