Needed these to access some control arm bolts that were 30 year originals. Took a beating with a big impact driver and socket, but the bolts eventually came loose. Minimal damage to the Gearwrench extensions. Wish I had bought these earlier to use with similar difficult jobs.

Hey I like Gearwrench. Taiwain, China, Bangladesh, Ethiopia...I don't really care all that much as long as the tools hold up. Most of my hand tools are Snap On because the quality is superior, and they are easy to warranty. But for stuff like extensions, and random other impact sockets and things...I don't really want to pay tool truck prices.These are fine. Nothing special. No frills. Not a lot to say. It is the same quality you can expect from the Matco truck, as the same company owns them as owns Gearwrench. Apex Tool Group. They make alright tools, but don't expect to see made in USA on anything. It seems like Gearwrench used to be owned by KD Tools. Not even sure what happened there.Like I said, the tools are fine. You get what you pay for. I haven't had a Gearwrench socket or extension explode yet, so I'll continue to buy them.

Great product would recommend to any one looking for an extension set.

I have used these at work taking wheels off 18 wheelers and put them up against the most stubborn nuts and bolts. They have hold up pretty good, my 5 inch extension is starting show signs of wear. I’d like to get one of the competitors and see how they do, but I’m not too worried about it since it comes with life time warranty

Gearwrench never disappoints, have had plenty of tools made by them and are always amazing.
