Nice looking and effective water filter jug, but no replacement water filters
I really like the design, which fits nicely into a fridge door, and the fact that it's glass. The water tastes great, which is obviously a must for a filter jug. The reason I have marked it down is that I have as yet been unable to source replacement filters. Amazon, please sort this out.

Brilliant but
Saves me using bottled water, easy to use water tastes good. But bit of leakage sometimes near the seal even though it's secure. And still no refills so have to buy the original. Great device though, does the job and looks stylish 👌

Leaks out of the top and is hard to pour the water
The just looks nice and is easy to clean. But it leaks out of the top and is not easy to pour the water. It comes out so slow .

It's good, it's good-looking, it works .... BUT
The good bits:It's a good-looking, substantial water pitcher made from borosilicate glass. The shaping on the neck makes it fairly easy to lift, even when full, and it pours well and steadily, albeit in a fairly thin stream - but as it's filtering as it pours, that's entirely understandable. Most importantly, the water tastes good: the pitcher successfully filtered out the light chemical taste my ordinary tap water usually has.I wouldn't particularly want to use it to fill a kettle or a saucepan, but to have on a bedside table, or a lunch table as a carafe of water, it's absolutely perfect. It's very simple to use: you just remove the top (a simple pull-off, push-on fit), fill it from the tap and then replace the top. As with other water filters, it's recommended that you fill and empty it a couple of times before first use, to wash out any loose particles. The Problem:The filter cartridge. Although both the listing on Amazon and the instruction leaflet that comes with it state that one filter is good for 700/800 litres of water - about 3 months for a family - there (unless I'm losing my mind) is no indication anywhere of where you can buy more filters, nor how much they cost. The instruction leaflet merely tells you to 'visit our store' to buy replacement cartridges.Neither I nor any of the major search engines have been able to find their 'store'. All I can discover is that 'Holafolks' is a registered trademark of Shenzhen Merryking Electronics Company Ltd.I received the pitcher free via the Vine program so I, personally, am not particularly perturbed by this omission, but I've given it three stars to flag up to anyone considering buying it that - unless and until a source for replacement cartridges is indicated - there is a potential problem. You could end up paying £35 for a glass carafe/flower vase.(If I'd been able to find any information - source/price/availability - on the replacement cartridges, I'd probably have given this five stars. And if that information subsequently appears - or it's available and I just failed to find it - I'll update the review.)
