The packaging had been damaged and one of the prints had a dent in the canvas because of it, I was going to send it back but my wife said it is not worth the hassle of getting a refund and reordering again. I just do what I’m told as that is not worth the hassle either

This was an xmas gift for my other half and I STUPIDLY hadn't opened the box to check on them before wrapping. Upon him opening them I was soooooo embarrassed and apologised immediately as the quality of each print was TERRIBLE! Luckily we have a really honest relationship and laughed at just HOW terrible they were but I was pi$$ed off too, not a small amount of money either for SUCH low quality! I have no idea JUST how small the pictures these prints were taken from, but judging on how insanely blurry the images were, I'd estimate A5, maybees pushing A4 but it does not look good at ALL! Stay FAR away! I obviously returned it and got my money back at least, but a faff and has put me off from ever buying large prints online again if this item has good reviews!!
