Works like the original

My original dust bin lid latch cracked off so that the lid would not remain shut. I ordered this replacement lid and it fits perfectly. After removing the old lid, I used small pliers to Gently and very slightly squeeze the hinge so it would slide into the slots. This is plastic so be careful not to use the wrong amount of force and break anything!
