ScoopTHAT Radii Warming Ice Cream Scoop, Silver/Blue

This ice cream scoop is amazing. After I got one gifted to me I’m gifting several of my friends and family. It cuts through hard frozen ice cream like butter using the heat from your hand. Easy to hold and no waiting to soften the ice cream. A must have and great gift idea for ice cream lovers.

This scoop is awesome! It is filled with liquid that warms with your hand and makes scooping ice cream a breeze. I initially saw this in a Sharper Image catalogue and thought what an outstanding idea, but it was 3x's the price. Searched Amazon and there it was. Highly recommended. Please note it says to hand wash only. Excellent buy and it works great.

I don't usually write reviews but maybe I can save someone the headache of returning this bona-fide paperweight. Doesn't get warm even a little bit and I tried everything. I took a chance bc some reviewers said theirs worked but most said it didn't. I should have listened to the reviewers who said theirs did not. Came with no instructions so I followed what others on here said they did to get it to warm up. It's a nice scoop and I wish it worked but I guess it's back to letting my ice cream sit out for a few minutes before I put it in the bowl. What a shame. Save your money and get an 8 inch decent wooden spoon.

I’ve had this scooper for more than a month now and I make my own ice cream. Works well for soft ice cream. I do like how it looks and the nicely shaped and size portion of the scooped ice cream. For hard ice cream you still have to pull or push hard, maybe a little less than other ice scream scoops. Cons are that the hand is not ergonomic and one hard ice cream, if you wanted to twist the scoop, the handle is free to spin so that no pressure is applied on the twist. That means you can only scoop in a straight direction. I wish they corrected that. Also where the handle is free to twist, ice cream can find its way into the gap. Good thing it’s easy to wash however.

I saw a tiktok video of this ice cream scooper and I was intrigued. I bought 2 so I could give my mom one for Mother’s Day as she is a ice cream fanatic. However she usually has to set the ice cream out for about 10 mins before she tries to scoop it.. and then sometimes she forget so then her ice cream is extra melty. She doesn’t need to do that anymore with using this scoop. It works as advertised. The only part that could get a bit frustrating is that sometimes the scoop of ice cream doesn’t fall out as easily, but it wasn’t a big deal.

This is the only ice cream scoop I can use! I have a history of wrist issues so I usually have to call my husband in to help. I was watching a scienced based TV show where they discussed the technology behind this type of utensil. I did some research and found this product. I don't know if is the heat transfer or the shape of the scoop but now I can get a scoop of ice cream easily! I'm assuming it's a combination of the two. My husband just said the other night how this was best ice cream scoop ever. So I decided to come back in and write a review. I believe we have been using it 7-8 months now. I like not having to wait for my ice cream to soften and then have the lid melting all over the place and I no longer have to get my husband to scoop for it! It is not recommended for the dishwasher. This does not phase me and I do not mind rinsing it off with a touch of soap and water. It's not a big task to clean. Sometimes I just rinse and set to dry. The scoop cleaning time is nothing compared to how much time you save waiting on the ice cream to soften or trying to dig it out slow motion. This is now a prized utensil alongside our Bluebell. My kitchen knifes are also prized but I wouldn't dare put those in the dishwasher to dull their edge either. It's nice having a product that delivers. Can't say enough about how special and unique this product is! You just need to get one so you can feel the glide and ease yourself.

The blue color— I love it! The scoop was a hit as a gift to my son and family. We had had great luck scooping ice cream with ours and thought they needed one too. Somehow the scoop uses the heat from your hand to easily scoop out ice cream. I bought the blue on to remind the grandchildren you can’t put it in the dishwasher.

I like how thick the scooper is but it does not warm up at all. It cuts through ice cream a slight bit better then the other scoopers but does not work the way I expected a $20 scooper should.

Je ne sais pas trop comment c'est possible, mais cette cuillère fait des boules de glaces parfaites tout en étant super facile ! C'est cher mais franchement elle est génial, nous pouvons manger des boules de glaces sans avoir mal aux mains. Je recommande !

Maravilloso invento xa hacer bolas de helado recién sacadas del congelador! Con el calor de la mano la “cuchara” se calienta y facilita infinitamente la tarea!

This is something I have been searching for for years! It is so easy to use! We usually have a large tub of ice cream and it glides through it straight from the freezer. What I do is take the scoop and hold it for a few seconds to allow the heat in my hands to transfer to the handel before scooping. Works every time, BRILLANT!

Contrairement à certaines cuillères à glace qui sont peu solides, celle-ci résiste à tout type de glace. La chaleur de l'eau lors du trempage est maintenue, ce qui permet d'avoir de jolies boules. Aucun regret d'avoir choisi cette marque.

Oltre alla forma, ottima per prendere il gelato e servire delle belle palline a mo di gelateria , più lo si usa più il calore sprigionato dalla mano aiuta a servire il gelato anche se appena preso dal Frizer.... certo non ci si deve aspettare miracoli...per i gelati particolarmente ghiacciati c’è sempre bisogno di aspettare almeno una decina di minuti ma , se si è realisti , può essere considerato un prodotto che fa quello che promette!!! Non mi fiderei a metterlo in lavastoviglie ma è certamente di buona fattura e robusto... evitare comunque di farlo cadere dato che la mia sensazione è che l'acqua potrebbe uscire dal manico!
