UPHA fire Pit

This fire pit is beautiful. Very heavy and well constructed. Very pleased with this purchase. I wanted to add to my review, that when I purchased my fire pit, I did not properly activate the 10% discount offered by the company. I emailed the company, received an immediate response that had an attachment showing me how I should have activated the coupon. I was told that there was no problem and they would credit my account. Since it was my error, I responded that I made the mistake and did not expect them to credit my account for the 10%. I received another email from the company letting me know that they had credited my account. GREAT customer service. I told them it was my error and I didn't expect the credit...and they credited my account after I told them I did not expect a credit! This is a company that truly cares about customer satisfaction.

Love it! Great size for setting around roasting marshmallows. Looks like a piece of furniture. Highly recommend.

Just right for roasting marshmallows and drinking hot cocoa in the back yard. Nice strong tile ledge to hold your mugs.

Product was as advertised. Seems sturdy with quality materials, for the most part. Only minor complaint is similar to others that mention it being hard to get small screws into small places. They could be magnetic which would make it easier to assemble, along with improving pictures of assembly.

Need small hands to put this together. Bolts go in very tight places. Once together it’s very nice. It’s small- holds two logs at most but just right for me. Puts out enough heat to cook hot dogs or toast marshmallows. Very fun purchase!

Ordered the fire pit on Sunday and received it by Wednesday. I love it! 30x30 is a perfect size for a small backyard. The unit is solid and sturdy and not a lot of trouble to assemble, although my husband did mention he needed smaller hands for the assembly.

Received for Christmas - finally set it up end of Feb. Already rusting out at bottom of table. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Cant imagine its going to last a year and I live in So Cal so moisture not a year round issue. The fact that it got wet from rain 1x and is rusting out says this is cheap cheap cheap! Would love to hear from manufacturer as to what they might do.
