It looks like black thing like in the movie venom;-). It’s pretty sticky which means it’s genuine as it extracted from rocks. Have taken couple of days now and i see the diff in energy and focus in studying. The taste isn’t great i would say there is no taste at all.I leave it in half small bowl of water sitting for sometime and then it dissolves pretty easily.It delivers what it says energy throughout the day and helps to maintain focus.

I've tried several different brands of Shilajit and ordered this one for the metal spoon, which seemed better than the wooden sticks that most come with. But this stuff is BAD. It tastes super synthetic and chemical, like liquefied tires or something. And it leaves a ton of sediment in a glass when dissolved, which apparently means it's not real Shilajit. I'm keeping the spoon but tossing the jar after one use. Don't buy this; buy a different brand.

I used Shilajit for 5-6 days but there is no difference till now, otherwise it is fine but my throat is getting irritated and is getting dry. My friend took that medicine and I liked it, that is why I ordered it. Please tell me, my throat is getting acidic and dry, is it because of Shilajit. I am having pain due to Shilajit, I have taken it for 5-6 days, acid is being formed and my throat is getting dry. Please tell me how to take it and I was not able to get up from the bed, I felt weak and was having headache.

I feel way more energized and active than I did before. I’m not reaching for coffee first thing in the morning anymore! The taste isn’t amazing, but it’s worth it for the focus and strength. I’ll keep going to see how it helps in the long run

The Lab results says it has Lead "passed" - what it means if I take it in longer run? It will damage my kidney or internal systems? clarifications please.

ive tried numerous shilajit resin and the taste although at first was something I had to get used to and I did after a few days but this brand i just couldn't even with raw honey. I tried to find alternatives to aid the absolutely disgusting taste but it always over powered it. I know it takes time to see if you feel any benefits from it and tried to suck it up and push through the taste but I had to throw in the towel. im asian and hate wasting things but I had to put my pride aside and just throw it away. worst part is, I did it all for nothing because I didn't feel any difference at all.
