Not as big as Crimpits, but good for small items

I ordered this dumpling maker to make one of the dishes that is served in our cuisine which includes an outer pastry layer, with a sweet or savoury filling with a braid-like edge. Traditionally, it is made by hand, but the process is time-consuming and requires lots of practice, but this cutter makes the process much simpler. You can cut the pastry from one side and then place it on the other end, fill it with the filling, apply a bit of moisture and seal it. The crimped edges give it a nice edge. It comes in three different sizes which is helpful.I found that the biggest mould is a bit flimsy than the other two. However, the pastries I tend to make are smaller in size so I use the smaller sizes more.
