Q: Anyone have any idea what the front two wheels are for? In their video, they don’t touch the ground.

I believe they're designed for when the car is going over ground elevation changes, such as a bump from street level to driveway (like an inch jump in elevation). They also touch when going over speed bumps in our community. So maybe they make it easier to keep the cars momentum consistent when going over bumpy terrain? Hope that's helpful info for you!

Ours came in a huge box that was plain brown with the Amazon tape sealing it. On the inside there was brown packing paper to insulate the plasma car during its travels. Once it arrived and we assembled it we wrapped it in the brown packing paper and restuffed it into its delivery box and wrapped that box. Nobody had any idea what it was even when tearing off the brown packing paper, it was a total surprise to the present opener. Hope you enjoy your plasma car as much as we have!

Q: Does this work well on grass?

No, it gets its traction from a hard surface like a paved road or sidewalk, or wood floors/ tile if inside. It won't work on dirt or grass or heavy rugs.

Not sure- mine was an easy assemble— call them🤷♀️

Very Disappointing

This car is not suitable for all ages it is fine for my 3 year old but when her cousin who is 12 went on it the steering keeps misaligning . The reason we purchased was so we could all use it very disappointing
