Sound quality is amazing. I purchased these for my husband and myself, and I'm glad I did. Our connection is crisp and clear, the music sound is perfect, and volume gets pretty loud. I love to jam out from time to time and it does not disappoint in volume level. Speaker placement is really important for quality and direct sound, and thanks to them being attached with Velcro it allows quick and easy adjustments until you find where it fits for you. I loved that it had the ability to repeatedly adjust to get the mic and speaker placement perfect without fear of adhesive being one and done. The installation was fairly easy for both of our helmets. Not only does it have high clarity between comms but also in phonecalls as well. It has very low interference in terms of outside noise, filtering and blocking out background noises during your phone calls, and communication between riders. The battery life in them is long lived too. We did several rides and had both the music playing, and linked comms the entire ride without needing to charge them each time. The features, and ability to link with other devices and riders is fairly extensive. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using the Cardo Packtalk Neo for a few weeks now, and I’m seriously impressed. The mesh communication system is a game-changer—it easily connects with my riding group, and the voice clarity is fantastic even at highway speeds. I ride with up to 6 other people, and staying connected the whole time has never been easier. The 40mm JBL speakers deliver great sound quality with plenty of volume, even with earplugs in. Natural voice commands work well too—I don’t have to take my hands off the bars to control music or answer calls. It’s completely waterproof, so no stress when the weather changes. Battery life easily lasts for a full day of riding. Setup was quick and intuitive using the Cardo app. If you do a lot of riding, especially in a group, this is a solid investment. Highly recommended!

I had a FodSport unit before this one and the upgrade was totally worth it! Don't get me wrong, the FodSport unit was fantastic bang for your buck, but this Cardo unit outperforms in every category! Controls on the helmet are very easy to use while riding and the voice controls remove the need to even use physical buttonsfor those who want to use the feature. The voice controls for Cardo work awesome and recognize my voice every time. Sound quality is amazing! This unit is much louder than the FodSport with a significantly higher audio quality. Once again, for the price the FodSport unit is great, but if you are okay with a higher price point, buy the Cardo. I have not used the mesh communication yet (Do not know anyone else with one) but everything I have read suggests the Cardo system is great. I have taken phone calls with the Cardo and I was able to have a conversation, which I could hardly do with the FodSport. They did say my audio was grainy, but I was going 55 MPH on a motorcycle, so I will take it. My helmet is a Scorpion EXO Covert 2. The system fits well on the helmet but the faceplate does not leave much room for the mic. I have the mic near my left cheek, it pushes against my cheek a bit but isn't uncomfortable there and allows me to use the voice features. I do often review products on Amazon, but not to this detail. With the cost of the item I read a lot of reviews before purchasing and I am hoping this review will help someone else make the jump to buy a Cardo!

This is the best model in their lineup if you want to spend the least amount of money for the most features. The other models above this have a couple more gimmicks that raise the price another 100 dollars or more. The only reason you to get the edge is if you are gonna do looooooooooooooong road trips where you need the thing to be on for an entire day non stop. Otherwise, the battery lasts long enough for multiple multi-hour rides. - amazing speakers (use the included spacers to get them as close to your ears as possible) - amazing microphone (no wind noise, super clear) and the choice between a little dot mic or one on a flexible arm. - the install was about as easy as it could be - the app is pretty great, lots of options to make it how you like but sometimes takes some messing with it to connect. - the mesh talk is great once its set up but the set up can be annoying at first. The range is great but dense trees will start to cut that down fairly quick - it has its own voice commands that suck but you don't have to use it and your assistant of choice works great with it

Overall decent, sound quality could be better but i guess expecting more bass out of 2dollar coon sized speakers is asking too much. Clarity is good and it doesn't capture alot of noise when phoning someone otr which is good. Connects easy and quickly and the battery life is ridiculously good i am impressed by it. Cables are a little thin so be careful handling the installation. Good user support to set up and guides.

I was getting ready for a multi-day motorcycle trip and was looking at a headset to communicate with the other riders. The choices that were on the table were of course the two largest Brands which was Cardo and Sena. I decided to go with the Cardo because a friend of mine went on and on about how much they liked this product. I decided to give it a shot and spent a little more than I was expecting for the Neo but I was incredibly impressed. I found that the sound quality of the speakers and the clarity of the microphone was awesome. At first, I was skeptical about how clear the microphone would come through because this is not exactly a $1,000 helmet but everybody that I talked to said that they could hear me very clean and could not hear any road noise even at Highway speeds. Where this product really shined was when I connected it to the mesh system and started talking to everybody in our group. Everything came through crystal clear. I also loved the fact that it came with plenty of methods to secure it to your helmet. Installation was easy and I love the fact that this unit is 100% waterproof. I was able to ride in the rain with no concerns as to whether I was damaging this unit. I also like the fact that it pairs extremely easily and remains paired even if you have been away from the other riders for days. When I met back up with my friend, I did not even have to reconnect.. it automatically remembered him and picked everything back up like last time. I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat and you will love the sound of the JBL speakers.

Some connection issues but nothing that restarting it won’t fix. Great connection, sounds great but in my opinion it could be a bit louder while you’re riding but I get it, I like my music louder. Speakers sound great.

Troviamo sia il pad 3m per incollarlo sul lato del casco sia la clip per agganciarlo dentro se il casco lo consente. per l'installazione nel casco è piu complesso capire come gestire i cavi che installarlo :D prima dell'acquisto spendete 5 min per smontare preventivamente l'imbottitura in modo da controllare se avete lo spazio necessario alle cuffie per l'installazione. Nel complesso ottimo prodotto, di seguito le caratteristiche che ho amato di piu : - DMC (Dynamic Mesh Communication) Il Packtalk Neo utilizza la tecnologia DMC per la comunicazione tra motociclisti, che consente una connessione dinamica tra i partecipanti, garantendo una comunicazione stabile anche in gruppi di grandi dimensioni. La rete mesh permette a ogni dispositivo di fungere da nodo di comunicazione, migliorando la portata e l'affidabilità della connessione. Puo essere usato anche come connessione diretta senza mash con altri cardo e altri dispositivi, ma tenendo comunque due canali ( tu + altro) - Qualità Audio Il dispositivo è dotato di altoparlanti JBL, che offrono una qualità del suono eccellente sia per la musica che per le conversazioni. Il suono è chiaro e ricco, con buone prestazioni anche a velocità elevate e in condizioni rumorose. Per questo aspetto finquando si va a velocità urbane non si ha problema, mentre quando si comincia a andare a velocità autostradali (o di piu shhh) è attivo di default il dynamic audio che alza il volume automaticamente all'aumentare del rumore ambientale ( non è un gran problema se avete una turismo, ma con una naked...) -Connettività Il Packtalk Neo supporta la connettività Bluetooth 5+ per accoppiare dispositivi mobili, GPS e altri interfoni. La batteria del Packtalk Neo offre fino a 13 ore di conversazione continua, e può essere ricaricata rapidamente grazie alla porta USB-C. La funzione di ricarica rapida permette di ottenere circa 2 ore di autonomia con solo 20 minuti di ricarica. Impermeabilità Il dispositivo è certificato IP67, rendendolo resistente alla polvere e all'acqua.
