Amazing! (I spray painted mine, it doesn't come black & red)
I moved to the H5 Universal from a Corsair H100i GTX, which is a £97 liquid cooler. The noise from the H100i pump was unbearable and could be heard across the room, whereas the H5 universal is whisper quiet. While the H5 Universal doesn't perform as well as the H100i due to the limitations of physics, the H5 still allowed for a 4.4Ghz overclock on my i7-4790K at 75c while being quiter still.Some of the real key points to me are:-Full RAM clearance, some full tower coolers block the first 1-2 ram slots but the H5 universal is shifted away from the slots and has a 13mm fan instead of the standard 25mm-Super premium mounting hardware with foam padding to prevent damage to the motherboard. It's super easy to install and feels solid in the hand. Best mounting solution of any company by far-The white top is removable which allows for easy modding-Their support team are incredibly helpful and respond quickly. I emailed them asking if their R1 Ultimate would fit my case, they replied that sadly it wouldn't but recommended the H5 Universal. Extremely glad I went for their recommendation!

Good heatsink, poor fan.
The heatsink itself is easy to install and the cooling capability is good.The problem is the fan is noisy it sounds like a moped engine.The fan clip system and the positioning the holes need to be to attach the fan means I cannot use any of my spare case fans as a replacement, so now finding myself in a position of trying to fix the fan problem without returning the entire cooler.

this is a good cooler when used on the proper cpus such as a 6600k and it kept it very cool and it was quiet. when it was then used for a 8700k it would be ok when running ok on idle but when the 8700ks clocks increased then too much heat for my liking and noise

Went from an old AIO cooler to this - much better temps, much quieter, a tiny bit fiddly changing the fan (although the existing one is great and silent) - can't have a build without RGB in 2017 ;)

Superb
Great cooler. Fits nicely in NZXT S340. Does not block RAM slots, nor PCIe slot. I5 7600k well cooled. Recommended!

Poor
The fan became faulty within the first week of use. I contacted the manufacturer for a replacement. They sent one which was also faulty. Item has been returned for a refund.
