Cheap, but quality is soso

I'd like the product and its look and feel. However, for hot water tea leafs purpose, I wish the double glass wall can insulated thermal better. The glasses is Okay to touch with hot water poured in but it definitely is not holding heat inside the glass bottle good enough. I don't the heat loss is mainly from the top piece because I can feel fairly warm from the body of the glasses in a second after hot water poured in. I think the double wall might not be vacuum sealed enough for thermal transmission... Is it a defeat? I can't judge but definitely it is losing heat fast .

Was so excited about this purchase. Fell in love at first sight. Put the larger one in champagne color in my cart. Ordered my loose leaf tea. Was planning to put on my blog site and I’d page. Took pictures and recorded unboxing and first use What happens. It leaks! Got a real burn. Was crazy enough to try it again with Luke warm water and It leaked. Seller description say leak proof. Well it leaks and just keep leaking. So disappointed. Really wanted this for my tea blog. It leaking defeats the whole purpose. Even burned my hand!. A real burn from a product that says No leaking!!! Would request a refund. But don’t feel like wasting the time and energy sending it back. Loved the idea, the look everything. Right up until I used it.

The look and function are great

The idea is great and its super convenient however theres a horrible smell of chemecaly rubber that i cant get out if it no matter wat i try and it just kinda ruins my tea its so strong

Great idea. Terrible execution. Holes, that are supposed to strainout pieces of tea leaves, are so big that they let half of the tea back into the glass. Completely useless. too late to return.

What a clever thing. I'm having some trouble finding loose tea to use with this. So far I have found natural foods stores are the best bet. Beats opening tea bags. Anyway, this makes controlling the tea's strength easier, is portable, easy to use. So get one.
