They work brilliantly
I have a bike shop and these are fab for attaching price cards to the bikes. The clips are flexible enough to be able to go around the diameter of handlebars even oversized ones. They are also on a pivot so you can angle them any way you like

Exactly as expected
Worked well for a warehouse "blow out" sale we had. Good quality (none were defective/broken, and none have broken since). We clipped them on everything from boxes to cooler handles and more & used a piece of card stock to write the price.
