100% game changer!
I was using a flush trim bit with my router templates. The problem was the bit kept trying to pull the piece from my hands. I thought it was my fault, until I reread the instructions. It recommended using some brand of spirl bit. I checked here and found this gem. I popped in and went to work. First thing I noticed was zero grab. This thing was content just eating away at the wood. I even cut off chunks I couldn't hit with my jigsaw. I was extremely impressed. By the time I was done with the two dog bones in the picture, it only grabbed twice and I think it was because I didn't apply enough pressure downward. I wish I would have found this bit sooner. It has absolutely changed the game for me. It eats through dense hardwood like its nothing, it doesn't overheat, and the price is reasonable. If this one breaks I'm ordering another, overnight delivery. Trust me! If you are using templates this thing is a God send!

Great for use with a template
This bit works great with a template. Very good value. Much safer than a standard 2 cutter bit, with less tearout.

It cut 3/4” plywood like it was butter.
It cut 3/4” plywood like it was butter. Make sure the guide board is secure and long enough and don't try to handle it without one. If the wood is hard, the router will pull away from you and slice quickly into places you don't want to cut. I made that mistake trying to finish the last inch to the corner of the work table I was trying to give a straighter edge. Instead it pulled itself out of my control just long enough to make a deep gouge before I could pull it away. I just didn't expect it to cut so well. But the reason I tried it first on that was because I didn't really care much about damage, since it's just a work surface that will get beat up anyway, so no big deal and it kept me from making that mistake on the shelves I was making. Not sure about how long it will last, but at least new it's pretty good for the price.

Top bearing failed
The top bearing failed after less than an hour usage. I was using it on Walmart and Hickory were the only thing I was trying to do was finish the edge raising a cutting board pattern.

Router bit just as described.
Awesome router bit. This bit is exactly as described. It arrived so fast I was not prepared. It was packed unbelievably well inside an envelope. I am anxious to use it.

Did the job but didn't feel super sharp
Flushed-up some hard maple strips I used to edge band some plywood. This is my first experience with a 1/4" shank flush trim bit, it seemed to struggle a little. Still did the job but I just had to slow down more than I expected.
