Techron D Concentrated Diesel Fuel System Cleaner 250ml

This was used to clean the level sender in the tank as it had stuck on the 1st notch even with a full tank. Put in the tank and next day problem solved. Saved me having to replace the sender unit.

We have a 2005 Mercedes 220d estate that’s done 150,000 miles. Generally the car is trouble free and we love it. Then last week the dreaded amber engine light came on on the dash. Off to John Haynes our local Mercedes specialist. £95 later it was diagnosed as a blocked or blocking injector on cylinder 3 - cost of a refurbished unit around £350! The fault had by then cleared so The light was switched off by the garage but illuminated the following morning on startup confirming the issue. Not wanting to pay more money out I researched various blogs and found this product. Felt it was Worth a try as it’s cheap and there’s no dismantling of engines etc. Popped in the whole lot when the car had just 1/4 tank of fuel left. Two mornings later the engine light went out and has stayed off ever since. Car drives again as normal. We have decided to purchase this every 3 months now just to ensure the fuel system remains problem free. Highly recommended.

DOES WHAT IT SAYS ON THE LABEL,INCREASES THE FUEL CONSUMPTION, ENGINE RUNS SMOOTHER,NOT CHEAP BUT ONE DOSE EVERY YEAR,IS GOOD FOR MY MOTOR.

My car was running a bit lumpy and hunting at idle. I introduced this into the fuel tank, added before filling with V power. I went for a 300 mile drive and the car starts better, revs have stabilised and smottehr running. It is slightly expensive and I have put in V power at £1.63 a litre on previous occasions and found it too be very good but with techron it runs, sstarts and goes much better. I have tried numerous products, from Forte, Archoil, wynns, BASF, STP, but this product was far better. The car is a 1.9 TDi, PD with 150K I have owned it for 11 years and I must say the old girl seems to be preforming the Salza with this.

I have used this a few times and can honestly say I feel the difference, my diesel Qashqai was feeling a little sluggish and on cold start idle was not smooth, added this to a full tank of fuel and went on a round trip of 500 miles, next day car was already running smoother than before, my trip consisted of a drive of 250 miles then 250 miles back, I filled up before leaving then on arrival topped up, after getting back home topped up again, my fuel usage was less on the return journey same route same traffic most of the driving was done in cruise control set to 70mph and all conditions the same, coincidence or did this actually clean the system on the way out ?

We put this through out fuel tank and the car did certainly run more smoothly, however there was no noticeable improvement in the mpg returned which was disappointing. Certainly good for cleaning the fuel system a bit but not an economy booster if that's what you're looking for.

Bought this to clean up Top End/Diesel Pump etc. Noticeable power improvement. Will add to my annual service routine

For me it's best on the market.
