De Walt quality 230mm angle grinder.
I usually try and make do with the cheapest item I can find. This time however I bought a quality product and was delighted with its performance cutting a concrete driveway. It was however quite heavy but that was probably why it performed sowell.

Heavy to use, but effective.
There is a lurch when starting. I found it heavy to use, but that helps to keep it stable when cutting concrete slabs.

Ease of use, power to cut and reliable.
I purchased this product originally to cut up bars of metal which it did admirably. I also needed to cut up some old glazed clay drainage pipe which needed to be trimmed. Again the rotary speed and cutting ability ensured the job was completed without mishap. Very pleased with my choice of grinder.
