Compact, nice, limited storage
The biggest strength is that it's compact. The worst part is that it's compact, so has limited storage. I'm really happy with it and it works for one-week trips with about 6 needles for me when there is a fridge where I'm staying. I love it.

good for medication transport during vacation
Good way to transport medication while on vacation but don't freeze the cool packs. Packs become too stiff and make closing the case hard.

Stays cool for about 8 hours
Keeps my Diabetic pen cool for about 8 hours.. the gel packs lose their cool after that. Didnt quite make it to Europe and stay cold.
