Fairly intuitive to operate. I replaced it with a bigger storage SD card. Clear and good views on both front and rear cameras. Fast and informative customer service when I had connection issues (issue solved). Only problem I have is the daylight savings time conversion. I can’t seem to find the right GMT zone in the app settings, but I’ll have to play with it to find the right zone.Otherwise, I highly recommend it from the other dash cams that I’ve had.

A nice camera with good quality videos. I bought a larger SD card (upgradable to 128GB from the 32 that comes with it). Tech support worked great with me…emailed me directions on how to install the program on the new card and it was flawless. Adjustments for the sensitivity are probably needed as when I used the default settings, if I hit a bounce in the road, it would beep, apparently thinking it was a collision. I hard wired mine so I could use parking mode. This also needed adjustment to the sensitivity as it was seeing tree branches moving with the wind. Both front and rear cameras work in parking mode. There is a built in volt meter (also adjustable) that will shut off the camera if it gets to the trigger point of sensitivity, so no need to worry about draining the battery. The only really negative thing with this camera is that it came without a user manual, but more importantly, without instructions on how to install it. I eventually found a video on the internet from Thinkware on how to do that. If you watch the video and if you are a little handy, you can certainly install it yourself. But really…include some kind of instructions and a manual.

This is 3rd dashcam system i have purchased from Thinkware. All have worked flawlessly, i did use the hardwire kit on all 3 vehicles. I also opted for the larger capacity memory card. Video image quality is top notch. Front & rear cameras are not bulky nor obstructive. Great view day and night. Connectivity was simple and easy, BUT latest app update has some glitches with Iphone16Pro, the new app requires cellular data for the app to be disabled in order to play back videos, otherwise you will jist get a black screen on phone playback.Overall a great camera.

Very difficult to use. You have to connect to wifi to view your videos. We tried connect to wifi under setting. The default password is 123456789. It kept saying wifi unavailable or wifi disabled. Not to mention, my front and back camera screen black. I can not see "live view". Very inconvenient. The reason we bought it here because it's cheaper compared to Best Buy.

The only challenge with this was peeling the backing from the adhesives. The install was easy, everything is quality and durable. The software is easy to use and the kit comes with everything!If you want a front/rear dashcam without a screen, this unit is a great choice.

The quality of the video is ok, but not great.

Hands down this camera is good quality the only thing I wish I would have known is that you can’t access video footage that’s saved on the camera you have to connect every time to be able to see the footage. My sticker mount for the rear camera didn’t work at all since the very first day I have to constantly but double sided tape to ensure the camera stays on and doesn’t fall as you can see in the picture. Overall quality is good and the camera does the job.
