Excellent product , arrived before time. Used it today and pleased with the batter output. Will surely recommend.

Within 2 years of purchase the motor was open circuted (meaning - to rewind the motor to make it run again). Contacted seller and was told that no international warranty covered for this so the manufacturer given warranty of 5 years is not usable unless you go back to india to repair this. Seller also not given any responsible response but to say that he don't cover anything over 2 years. Really rubbish and DONOT buy. If you are in Uk , buy locally available product GEEPAS which has quality products and excellent customer service if some thing goes wrong.

It should be stated that this are refurbished and not new. The sticker that invalidates the warranty which covers one of the screws which lets you open the grinder was already punctured. We opened to change belt after just 2 uses and found out grime in the inner of the grinder to show it has been uses previoisly, it was actually the grime that caused the belt not to roll, not that the belt was cut or slack. This is refurbished being sold as new.
