I’ve tried everything and this is the only thing that gets rid of the bumps. The very next day the bumps are significantly reduced. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Just make sure u rinse very thoroughly because it’s not soapy like regular shampoo. Pair it with the conditioner it’s a perfect combo.

Did not help with my folliculitus at all. Made my head itch something awful and my hair felt weird and gummy after using it.

I have chronic pilar cysts that keep coming back even one that has been surgically removed 3 times. I am getting new ones, so I am hoping that this will work as a prevenative maintenance. My scalp felt very tingly and refreshed, while my hair feels conditioned. You do not rinse this off. I was concerned that my hair would feel and look greasy, but I let it air dry and today it feels normal.

It has made my head itch and hasn't helped with the cyst. Not smooth like any shampoo at all. The scent is so strong can burn your eyes if it gets near them.

What I don't like about this is that it doesn't lather at all in my scalp. Maybe it's just not good for a first lather and maybe shouldn't even be labeled as a shampoo because it does not cleanse my hair at all. I can't say that it left my scalp feeling exfoliated at all and I have scarring alopecia and have used plenty scalp scrubs. I will say that it leaves my hair feeling very soft and slick afterwards. The grapefruit scent is not strong but it's there and light and refreshing. I'm still on the fence about it because I can't tell if my scalp is benefiting from the constant use of it.

This shampoo and leave in conditioner has decreased my itchy scalp, which gets bumps that itchy so bad, I can't stop scratching. This is working well, and the smell is wonderful. I do wish the bottles were larger, or the product less runny.

This shampoo is great i had multiple boils on my scalp and this shampoo helped my situation within three days the boils started to drain i was so surprised because even doctors couldn’t figure out what to do. I was dealing with this problem for a while and this shampoo worked great i’m still using it and i recommend it to anyone with a scalp situation going on. I’m not a doctor, but it will probably help your situation if it’s not too severe.

dont like the shampoo..it has little hard pieces in it..not a smooth silky shampoo
