Great in car
I'm 4'11" and 57 yrs old. I had hard time seeing out if car while driving in carbucket seats that don't adjust in height. This cushion elevated me so I could see and eased hip pain from sitting in and getting out of car bucket seats. I've tried a few other style seat cushions from other manufacturers and they were too firm. My commute to work is only a half hour and I am comfortable using cushion in car. I don't know if I could use it for a long road trip, maybe I'd have to switch cushions back and forth but it does seem a lot better using cushion to fill gap in bucket seat. Price was good too. I'd say it's a little softer than medium firm. Holds shape and not too squishy.

This cushion gives great support and comfort to driver and passengers in my car.
We use this cushion in the drivers seat for added support. Towards the back of the seat it slants quite a bit. This wedge fits in there perfectly to make a more gradual decline which was what we we’re looking for. I like how it retains its shape over time. We have two.
