MasterClassStainless Steel Spaghetti Measurer, 16cm

Solidly made and does not look tacky. Engraving rather than printing furthers this as I think printed letters/numbers would wear off quite quickly. So far only used the measure for 4 and 3 but they are both spot on. I confess that the first times I looked at the amount selected and thought it could not possibly be enough so added a bit more only to find that it would have been fine if I left well alone, which just proves how much I had been overusing previously.The only problem so far is getting the spaghetti/linguine/angel hair to go through the hole without losing half of it over the worktop/floor, but I suspect that is just me and it will improve with practice and finding the proper technique.

Bought this for my mother because she was incapable of judging spaghetti portions, and there was a lot of waste.Now she uses the measure almost religiously to add the perfect amount of pasta per person to the pan.Unfortunately, she then claims "That doesn't look like enough" and adds more pasta freehand, so she still cooks too much.A sane person would only have to use this once or twice before they were able to judge the portion sizes without it. It is a unitasker but it does the job it's supposed to.

I have been cooking portions of spaghetti to serve 4 - for solo meals! I was wondering why my weight just goes up nowadays and this sort of gave me an answer. Trying to eat like a single human rather than a village now!

No more making pasta to feed a whole country!It doesn't look like a whole lot of spaghetti when you measure it out but it is just the right amount. If you're on a diet, it will help you control your portions too.

It look great and is easy to clean. The portions are a little big for me though.

Got it to help a family member with the correct sizes. the finish is chrome!! I don't like chrome. It states that it is stainless steel, I beg to differ! Practical but not keen on the finish.

Great product! Reduces waste and is easy to clean and durable. I found the sizes to be just the right amount for the number of people they specify.
