Best upgrade for the Spark 40
Used these to upgrade the stock drivers on the Spark 40 after recommendations from A.I. I am very glad I took that advice, my amp now sounds more articulate and less boomy on the base side, and did it feels like I can use it for gigs, be it at small venues. Great upgrade, would highly recommend. Installation was a straight drop in, fit perfectly in the stock cabinet openings, and definitely a value for the money.

YAMAHAのモニタースピーカーMS101Ⅱの交換ユニットとして購入。10センチフルレンジこれで良し
業務で簡易モニターとして屋外で使用してきた、YAMAHAのMS101Ⅱの交換ユニットとして購入しました。 ユニットのサイズですが、取り付け穴や奥行きフレームの大きさなど、ほぼ同じでした。 そのまま交換出来ると試みましたが、裏面からの取り付けでは、バッフルとフレームの間に、隙間が出来ます。 このユニットは、フレームの前面部分にガスケットが無く、代用品としてクッションテープを使う必要がありましたが、問題なく取り付ける事が出来ました。 交換後の音ですが、高密度かつフラットな周波数特性で解像感も高くモニター用途に最適な音だと思います。 交換前のユニットと比べると100Hz～12kHzから85Hz～15kHzくらいワイドになった感じで、中音域のもっさりした変な盛り上がりもなく、ソースを選びません。 耐久性はわかりませんが、エッジが厚めのゴム製なのでウレタンよりは長持ちしそうです。 業務で使うので、末永くこのユニットが販売されることを望みます。
