Very nice, sturdy playpen. I am very pleased with this purchase. The rods that are meant for the top perimeter of the playpen come with pipe insulation covers, which will help protect the little ones from bonking their head against the metal poles while playing. Really good size for keeping the little one safe while I’m working, but giving her plenty of room to move around and explore.Now, the customer service:This package came by FedEx, which does have a reputation for not being great with customer service. Such was my experience on this occasion. To save you the details, FedEx did not deliver my package for the last three days of the week, even though the tracking said it was “out for delivery.” I called FedEx on Friday to see what the delay was for and was assured the delivery would be in the next day - spoiler alert - FedEx doesn’t deliver on the weekend. I was frustrated and did not want to continue taking a chance on whether FedEx would eventually deliver or not, so I contacted the seller and communicated with Allison, who offered me a discount because of FedEx’s bad service. Yes, you read that correctly. I accepted the discount and received the package the next business day.Overall, I am very pleased with Allison and the seller as a whole. I am not pleased with FedEx.

I put it together and realized one piece was missing so I contacted the seller. They were very prompt in all their responses. Lamya helped me get the exact piece that was missing and it was delivered within a week. Great customer service!The mat is a bit hard and isn’t really cushion-y.

ORDER IT! I was debating if this would be worth the money and it definitely is! Not only is it a high quality product it is perfectly sized for our small home & give my baby a safe place to play while I work! I love the thickness of the mat that comes with it. I also like that there’s plenty of room for an adult to hang out and play in there as well! GET IT!

Not the best quality. Toddlers tend to push on things to support their balance. These nets and bars are flimsy. DO NOT BUY. I requested the item to be returned but seller refused.

This works great for my LO. It keeps him contained while I am getting ready in the morning, so I know he isn't sneaking off to crawl up the stairs on his own! His older brother loves to go and play in there with him also. It keeps most of the toys contained (except for the ones that get thrown out on purpose, LOL). It also keeps the dog from getting some of the toddler's toys!

I love the size of this play pen. It is just the right size for smaller spaces. I like play pens because they allow my granddaughter to have room to move around and for me to be able to keep her away from anything that could be dangerous to little ones. This play pen has see through netting that allows her to still be able to see me and vice versa. This play pen seems to be sturdy.
