Does dominant or non-dominant wrist setting give most accurate step counting when using a clip with flex 2?

I have my Fitbit set for dominant wrist, as that’s where I wear it with a band. I don’t change that when I use a clip instead, and I haven’t noticed a big difference in accuracy.

Can this be used with a Fitbit Alter?

I don’t think so as it’s only just the right size for my Fitbit Flex (which fits perfectly). HTH.

Could you attach this to a belt for trousers without fear of it falling off?

It is attached by a magnet and won’t fall off for normal activities. However if you are doing anything which would involve brushing against it, for example whilst gathering garden waste or brushing against dense bushes., it may very well come loose. My husband lost his we think carrying boxes from shop to car.
