The strap on the puff allows me to hold it firmly and it makes it easy to control and operate while putting on makeup effortlessly. I can put on different types of makeup: blush, foundation, eye shadow, concealer, etc. The puff is soft, delicate, and super absorbent. I also like that I can wash and reuse if I choose. I tried with dry and wet and half wet with the puff, the foundation can not be applied evenly. won't recommend.
