Works well and more comfortable than the tiny cuff that came with monitor.

Cheaper than a new machine and all that I needed was the cuff. I used the old cuff and the new and got the same result. The old one lost its 'grip' as the old Velcro wore out. This is better. I used the original hose adapter - fit the hose perfectly. The new cuff Velcro is just right and the cuff size will fit most average arms.

I needed a small blood pressure cuff for an Omron HEM-780, which I believe is an older model. I was unable to find a cuff specifically for it, so I tried this product. The cuff size works for my thin upper arm, and one of the adapters fits my model. However, the adapter does not fit snuggly into the unit and I feared air might leak around it while inflating. I tried to remedy this by wrapping a thick rubber band around the adapter and the monitor to hold them together. So far, it appears to be working. I would’ve given this product five stars, except for the adapter issue. Omron could probably remedy the situation by offering its own small cuff that will fit the HEM-780.

My wife had issues using the standard FL31 cuff on our machine, her arm was too small to reliably get enough of the Velcro to stick causing frequent false readings. I decided to try this smaller cuff. It comes with an assortment of fittings to fit various machines. The one for our machine was one of them, I pressed it in the tube end and into the machine, it worked perfectly the first time and each time since, problem solved. The fitting provided has a slightly smaller ID than the factory fitting for the OEM cuff so it fills a little slower. The machine recognizes this and adjusts, so everything works perfectly. We've checked the readins against the ones in the doctors office, it's quite accurate. Recommended.

This is a must for smaller arms of a juvenile or petite adult. I got it for my Mom and it’s much easier to take put on and more accurate BP reading. Should have gotten this years ago!

Cheaply made, can be hard to use as the metal bit that slides the band to length gets misaligned frequently causing bunching but you get what you pay for. Does function for blood pressure monitoring when you are able to get it to properly fit and align.

This replacement cuff seems to work well with my Braun ExactFit 3. I didn't like the way the included hose fitting adptor attached to the Braun so i used the original fitting for a more stable fit. This unit is not as heavy duty as the original but seems to work well.
