TrixieCat Activity Snack Ball, 7 cm

My 6 month old kitten has had one of these balls for about 3 months now and seems to enjoy playing with it very much. He quickly worked out what he needed to do to get the kibble out of the ball but by keeping the hole small enough to only let out one piece at a time it keeps him busy for a while. The ball seems well made and quite robust which is a good thing when it is being played with very enthusiastically and batted around with some force.So far as I can see the only downside is that you can't clean it very easily. I guess you could swoosh it around in some water but I think it would be very difficult to dry. I am only putting purina kibble in my kittens play ball and haven't felt the need to wash it yet. Having said that I have just purchased a second ball so that I have a spare.In all, a very reasonably priced cat toy that encourages your pet to work for their food and keeps them entertained. I would recommend.

We were looking for toys to keep our kitten happy and occupied on the occasions when we were out at work etc. This little ball for an excellent £4.49 has been a big hit. We fill it with our kitten crunchies/kibble then leave it out for our 5 month kitten to bat around during the day to get the crunchies out. I bought the 6cm ball, and we got the bright salmon pinky coloured one (I think the colours are randomly sent - you can’t pick and choose). THe 6cm is a perfect size for a young kitten or cat in my opinion, so I was very happy with that choice. The best thing about this ball is that the hole is adjustable according to the size of the cat crunchies. The hole can be opened wider to fill it with crunchies, which I do with a small scoop held over the decanted container I store them in to catch any spillages of crunchies bouncing everywhere. We have kitten crunchies at the moment, so they’re quite small, but fit perfectly with the hole adjusted quite small. You just need to roll it around to check the rate the crunchies fall out of it, and adjust it accordingly. This keeps our kitten occupied for several long sessions each day. He keeps coming back to it. The crunchies stay quite fresh in there too. It’s also very well made and very robust as our kitten has knocked it bouncing down the full flight of stairs on several occasions and its never broken. I highly recommend this toy, especially for kittens who are curious and active and need stimulating. It’s purrrrrrect 🐈‍⬛. Good value for £4.49 too. Highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought two - one for my cat, and one for my little dog.I don't even have to put treats in them, just their usual dry foods.They love nudging and batting the balls around and being rewarded when a piece falls out.Keeps them entertained while also benefitting from not eatting too fast. Great.

Treats don’t drop out very easily - definitely better designs available

I used this to feed my cat so she would get more exercise. After she got the hang of it, she loves it. I like that you can change how big the hole is depending on the type of treat or food you use. It is also slightly tight so it's hard for that cat to open the hole wider.

Works as intended. Simple basic construction.

Filled with treats and opening adjusted to ensure not too many fall out, it only took a few days for moggies to work out what to do. Recommended

Estoy muy contenta con esta compra. Ahora los gatos no andan detrás de mi pidiendo comida ( y eso que tienen sus cuencos siempre llenos) sino que andan detrás de la bola pillando que les suelta.Una compra muy acertada :)

Fa troppo rumore perché l'esterno è completamente di plastica, però con questo il gatto gioca e mangia più piano senza lamentarsi tutto il giorno che abbia fame

anche il mio gatto (non proprio intelligente) lo ha capito e adora usarlo
