My main concern was size and being heavy duty. This model meets both issues and actually exceeded my expectations. The walker is for my wife who suffers from lymphodema so the width of the seat, quality of the construction and mobility of the unit were critical. The seat is the largest of all units that i reviewed. The weight is stated as 20 lbs but it seems heavier than that due mainly to the very heavy duty materials it is made of. The wheels ar very large made of a moulded plastic material. They roll easily and due to their large size they roll easily even over fairly rough terrain. The seat is comfortable, lifts to expose a large storage compartment below the seat and it can be accessed on either side without raising the seat itself. The handle and the base are both adjustable in height. My wife is 5'3" and the lowest settings are right for her. I am 6'3" an the tallest setting would be very comfortable for me. Overall my wife is very satisfied with this walker and I am very satisfied that it should be safe and durable for years tto come.

I purchased this walker because I thought it looked well made and it looks really nice. I made a mistake though. I didn't realize it was a bariatric rollator. I didn't want to keep it, but the seller gave me a 15% refund to keep it. Now I have this walker that is too big. I had to order a smaller walker from another seller. Unfortunately they gavee a blue walker when I actually ordered it in black. I contacted that seller and they gave me a full refund. I understand not wanting me to return the first walker because of the cost to return. So I feel ok about it now.

It’s very well-made. But it is a very big walker. If you’re short this walker will be too high for you. I am 5’7” and I have the seat at the lowest setting, and my feet just make it to the floor. It’s a good walker for someone who is tall. Be sure to measure your doorways and your hallways before you buy it because it is a wide walker.

This product has been a lifesaver. It’s easy to assemble, great quality and very sturdy. I had a slight problem with the left hand brake sticking and reached out to customer service. Within 24 hours, Kelly emailed me back with possible suggestions to correct it. Even when those options did not work, Kelly continued to respond back in a timely manner. They had to ultimately send a replacement part to correct the issue at no additional cost to me. They did not even make me go through the hassle of returning the broken piece. Would definitely recommend. Product and service are both great. This product has given me an additional level of independence because I can rest when needed. Lightweight, easy to fold and love the neutral grey color.

This walker is really great for tall people, I don’t think anyone under 5’7” would be able to use it comfortably. I have all the settings one set from shortest and my feet dangle when I sit on this & I’m 5’9”. It great for me because my last walker, I was hunched over more than I should have been and it was causing back pain.It is wider and longer than most walkers. So it can be tight getting through doors. If you have narrow doors or hallways I recommend measuring to make sure you have some margins for clearance before purchasing. I trip over the back wheels when walking away from the walker at times, so it is a bit of a trip hazard, too. They jut out farther than my last one.It’s heavier than my previous walker, but there’s this neat bar inside the basket that aids with easily folding the walker. It’s sturdy, and looks nice.I bought a car seat cover to put on the walker seat because it’s so large the walker seat covers for standard walkers are much too small.Also, putting it together I thought for a moment the pieces weren’t fitting together, but they are so exact in measurement that the fit has no wiggle room, they’re very tightly flush. I had to hold the pieces at just the right angle to get them assembled. I was really concerned for a minute, but finally had success after multiple tries. I haven’t had any issues with it coming apart yet as others have mentioned. I weigh just over 300 lbs.
