INTEY Pull Up Bands - 4PCS Latex Durable Resistance Bands for CrossFit, Stretching, Powerlifting, Home Gym, Workout Bands for Men and Women

Buying this set my concern was the quality wouldn’t be very good due to the price however after almost 2 months usage there are almost no signs of wear and tear. As you can see from my picture on a park gym bar they stretch from the bar to the floor no problem. I'm 6 foot i think the bar is 8 foot. I own 2 WOD Nation resistance bands which cost more than these 4 do. They're great and haven’t seemed to wear much either, but I can’t really see much difference between them. So these come in much more economical and probably will be better value for money. I got this set so I could have bands in different rooms, preset on my chin up bar and in my gym bag without having to keep moving them.I recommend resistance band themselves they give you the ability to go through failure and get a few extra reps or extra hang time on the bar which is where the major gains are. They’re also super useful for stretching and have great utility. The green band in this set is very strong and will probably allow you to do a chin up if you can't do any normally. With resistance bands, you need a few different strength ones to do different exercises so this set is a great starting place for beginners. I will update if any break, so far so good! I bought these in an Amazon sale having recently been introduced to band training rather than free weights. I’m getting a bit old to recover quick enough for lifting free weights and too busy to have time to do it properly, etc. I thought that owning these means I can train in my home, double the bands up to still deliver quite a bit of resistance, and build a bit more interest to my routine. I am very very pleased with what I have purchased. The bag is cool and also the booklet with plenty of examples can give inspiration to both the beginner and the experienced ’bander’. I have to say, the list of things you can do with them is practically endless. I’ve noticed a few people mentioning the smell - they smell like rubber which is what I would expect them to smell like, having bought rubber resistance training bands. They are probably worth the non sale price, I would have been happy to pay the full whack for these. Now to sell my weights!

Great product overall, perfect aftersales support.I have used 4 bands for a good few weeks now, and it is important to note that even if your bands do degrade, you can't really lose here.A lot of people are complaining about snapping bands, however after reading the horror stories of recent reviews I took the plunge and bought a set myself. After a few sessions, frustratingly I did notice that the black band had began to degrade in one area.This is the only band that has shown signs of wear and, on contacting the company, they put this right straight away.Whilst it's not ideal, it is better than having to fork out a lot for more expensive competitors that aren't guaranteed to be snap proof either, their products are genuinely fantastic (I actually love the bands) and the after sales support couldn't be better.In this difficult time, I genuinely would buy a set of these and keep them as a core part of your program. I believe the manufacturer quality may also have dipped due to the ramping up of demand, so you're taking a shot but you're taking a shot whomever you buy this band from, and ultimately if the worst happens - Intey will stick by you.My advice on care is: Be careful of where you are attaching the bands (smooth surfaces only) or of the floor & soles of the shoes you are using them with - no hard debris, be mindful not to overstretch them (they seriously stretch though well before their limit), keep them out of sunlight and avoid getting them wet. Finally, inspect them every day before use. If you do that, you are not likely to run into any major issues - especially with the fantastic support provided by the sellers in case the bands do still show any defects.These are genuine people and this product is overall an absolute gem. The INTEY Resistance Bands arrived in good time, however the black band snapped during its third use,hitting me in the back of the neck. Since then I have been considerably less relaxed about using them for fear of another failure. There is no obvious way to contact the seller for a replacement (the other bands have been fine).EDIT: Increased from 2 stars to 4. I was able to contact the seller and the service was 1st rate. Remaining bands have been reliable after 2-3 weeks of daily use.

Started so well. Was missing the gym during lockdown. Waited ages as everywhere was out of stock. Was using the black band for a tricep workout and it decided to snap. The green band looks like it’s going to snap too. Such a shame. Maybe I got a bad batch?Updated 18 May 2020.A new batch to be sent to me. Awaiting delivery. Was handled nicely by the company. Will year the next batch. Upping the stars from 2-4 and will review again shortly.Updated 20 May 2020Replacement turned up. Without any fuss. Will add more info after a week. Hoping the replacements are better.

These resistance bands are top dog.They come in a nice little bag tightly compacted with some reusable colour coded elastic ties & a basic user guide.They're simple but effective. I've been using them with clients and for personal use working on different skills between the basic pull ups to muscle ups.They always give nice tension and never feel over stretched.The bigger ones are quite thick so I'm pretty sure they're can take some weight but not tested anything about 90kg as of yet.The little ones are thinner but still feel sturdy as hell.Note: When they first arrived, they do smell quite rubbery but it passes / doesn't really matter. Expected with new bands!

Seems good quality rubber and works well in assisting my son in mastering the pull up. Doubling up bands in different combinations is a good way to tweak the assistance as strength grows, started with green & purple, has moved now to green & black for reps, and just green for a couple of reps to finish. Great bit of kit to get a beginner started & then enable progress.
