I have taken it but it made me a bit hyper ..didn't make any difference to sleep in fact I couldn't get to sleep

I love this product. I first heard about inulin on the programme featuring Angela Rippon in which she discovered her visceral fat - that was a real eye opener not only for her but, I suspect, for many. It popped up again with Michael Mosely on a sleep related experiment. I am not overweight, but then neither is Angela Rippon, but I do suffer from a disturbed sleep pattern similar to Michael Moseley so I decided to give it a try. I put a teaspoonful on my breakfast cereal each morning and it has a pleasantly sweet taste. It can cause a bit of "stomach gurgling" at first, but if you start with a smaller amount and build up to the recommended dose there shouldn't be any problems. My sleep patterns have improved in as much as when I wake at about 3am it doesn't take me as long to get off again as it did and sometimes I manage to sleep through the whole night so it is definitely an improvement. I also feel that my digestive system has benefited. I shall continue to take this product. I have looked closely at the ingredients listed on the packet but I can't find the source from which the inulin is derived i.e. is it legumes or chicory etc. I would like to know!

I bought this to help me sleep. I am not certain that is what it is helping with, BUT as it aid the gut, I am experiencing more comfortable bowel movements- keeping me regular - SO that's a positive.

Only been taking these for 2 week so too early to say if they work .I take them with a cup of tea and swallow them because there not the best taste or smell

I bought this product to help my gut health and had no idea about it's sleep benefits. A few nights of use and I noticed that I stayed asleep for much longer than I normally would - I Googled it and it's a thing! In fact I the sleep benefit is the main tangible difference that I notice taking the product, so recommend it for this purpose if you struggle on that front. Also, definitely follow the instructions re building up the dosage - I stupidly didn't and jumped straight to 1 teaspoon a day...bad move, I was pumping like a trooper. I stopped taking it for a few days and then started again on the suggested increments - no problems.

Hopefully helps with visceral fat reduction around your organs I take it with the Probiotic just before bed

Ever since we started using it we have both noticed our sleep and gut health has improved. It's easy to use we have it at night mixed with a hot drink.
