This phone is great for the price.Good for the elderly, visually impaired & hard of hearing.Good for just over 10 quid.The dials are nice & large & the ringer is loud, but can be adjusted.Very please I bought two.It can be hung on the wall aswell & comes with screws.

Needed a landline phone for the Internet rather than actual use. Cordless phones kept losing their battery charge over time and I felt like I was regularly replacing them. As we never use the house phone, it felt like a bit of a waste of money. This is great. Small enough to put in the corner of the hallway/room, big easy to use buttons and very loud ring tone. Would be perfect for those whose hearing isn't perhaps as good as it used to be or who doesn't want an overly complicated phone with hundreds of menu options. Cheap & basic but won't lose charge, build is quite sturdy and it does the job.

I just wanted a small inexpensive landline phone. Unfortunately the ringtone is loud and shrill even on the low volume. However as its only for outgoing calls in case of emergency, I've turned the ring tone off.

This phone is cheap and you get what you pay for. That's not a bad thing though.Assuming this is for a second/occasional use phone, or for one for use in a power cut, it's fine.For a start it's very light, and feels flimsy, even though it's quite sturdy. The buttons are big and easy to use, so ideal for the elderly.There's a small reversable catch to allow this to be wall mounted, and it works fine. Sound quality is on par with any phone I've used before.The ringer has three settings (off, low and high) and on high it's very loud. It's enough to make you jump and can be heard through closed external doors.My only issue was that the phone line in lead (all are supplied) enters through the side at the bottom. It makes it a bit inelegant when handing on the wall. If that's my only issue, then it is certainly a good buy.

This phone has simple dial up and when fitted properly has clear sound and tone, for the price its not a small deal to grap for those looking for economy and voice comfort.

Utilisé pour ma ligne free.- le cable fourni ne permet pas le raccordement à la free box. Obligé d'utiliser un vieux système de reccordement en T.- grésillements légers sur la ligne . Dû au raccordement , malgré la manouevre préconisée par free ?

Die Beschreibung, "für deutsches Telefonnetz konzipiert", trifft nicht auf den mitgelieferten (Wand-)Anschlußstecker zu, da weder TAE noch RJ-xx sondern ein mir (und dem dt. I-Net) unbekannter Flachstecker mit RJ-45-ähnlichen Kontakten. Technisch würde es funktionieren.Der optische Einddruck sowohl der Kabel (Spiral- und Anschluß) als auch des Gehäuses ist (preisangemessen) wenig wertig, das Gehäuse verbreitete einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch. Lautstärke des Zwitscherrufsignals ist in zwei Stufen: high, low und AUS einstellbar, die Tasten behindertengerecht groß und übersichtlich. Aufgrund des unpassenden Anschlußsteckers und der heftigen Ausdünstungen ging das Gerät leider auch wieder zurück (offensichtlich auch nicht das erste Mal).
